The pendant holds a 10mm cabochon sapphire on an 18”/45cm sterling silver chain unless instructed otherwise (16”/40cm and 20”/50cm chains are also available).
Synthetic stones are ‘real’, they have the same look, chemical composition and properties as mined stones - the only difference is that they have been created in a Laboratory.
